Shipping Information - RTD Gifts
All products ship out from Arlington, Texas within 24 hours of payment (next business day or sooner).
All orders ship with a packing slip without prices (just in case you are sending as a gift or drop-shipping to a third party). If you need a receipt with prices, you may add a comment to your order instructing us to send you a paper receipt along with your packing slip. If your order has already shipped, please click on the Order in your Account Page and print out the receipt.
At this time we are only shipping to the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- USPS Priority Express Mail: 1-3 days
United Parcel Service (UPS)
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 days (including weekends)
- UPS Ground: 3-5 days (including weekends)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days (including weekends)
* Transit times do not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted.
* For Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations, some packages weighing under 1 pound might take 10 days or longer. Priority Mail might take up to 4 to 6 days or longer.
* We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
If you are able to choose Free Shipping (based on our current free shipping threshold), we will ship your order using either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or one of the UPS services, at our discretion.
All orders ship out by the next business day. For example... if you place your order on Monday, your package will ship out on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship out on the upcoming Monday. If you place your order on a Sunday, and Monday happens to be a holiday, then your order will ship out on Tuesday.
