Glow-In-The-Dark Bouncing Balls. Rubber. 1 inch (25mm) diameter. 4 assorted neon colors... orange, pink, green, yellow. Need to be charged under a bright light before they can glow. They give off the standard g-i-d yellow to greenish glow after charging for at least 30 seconds. The longer you charge them, the longer and brighter they glow.

Recommended: For the best charge, use a blacklight flashlight which gets them glowing almost immediately and for longer period of time.
